Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
One of our favorite tools for ensuring aligned leadership is the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. The HBDI® is a neuroscience-based psychometric – a powerful assessment tool that illuminates the habitual paths of our thinking. In practice, we all tend to resort to familiar and repeated thinking patterns that privilege one domain of thinking over another. An HBDI assessment teaches us how to use our whole brain for optimal decision-making.

Individual Assessment
The digital HBDI® self-assessment demonstrates go-to patterns of thinking against the Whole Brain® framework and organizational goals.
